About

After nearly 30 years living in Lake Arrowhead and 25+ as a Realtor up here, I have an intimate understanding of the local market and the processes and nuances of buying or selling a home in the mountains. I’ll show you the ins and outs of the local communities, guide you to which neighborhood might best suit what you’re looking for, and give you unparalleled and honest advice. My clients have ranged from first time home buyers to members of Forbes 400 Wealthiest Americans and each one has received the same care, dedication, and enthusiasm. Thanks to years of building close relationships with many agents and vendors, I can navigate the most challenging situations with professionalism and grace, while negotiating on your behalf.

Whether you’re looking for an investment property, vacation home, or forever home, I can help assist you in finding what is going to work for you. Having personally owned investment properties, vacation homes, and lived in Orange County, the South Bay, and Lake Arrowhead, I can put myself in your shoes and will work to understand and marry your needs with your wants.

On a more personal note, I originally hail from Michigan but Southern California has been home for 40 years. I truly love Lake Arrowhead. What started as a mountain vacation home became the place I decided to raise my children. All four of my kids were raised here (three were born at Mountains Community Hospital). From Kindergarten through high school, they went through the Rim of the World School District—participating in sports, musical theater, debate, and countless other activities. Two of the four graduated from California Universities, one an Ivy League, and the youngest is just starting college. We are deeply rooted here—we spent years as members of the Lake Arrowhead Country Club (where my kids became fish in the pool and attempted golf lessons each summer), have volunteered at Le Grand Picnic fundraiser for the hospital as well as with other local charities and non-profits (such as Wildhaven Ranch), and all the kids learned to ski and snowboard at our local mountain, Snow Valley. There really is no place like Lake Arrowhead. Don’t believe me? Talk to my eldest daughter. She’s visited over 36 countries and 35 states and still maintains Lake Arrowhead is her favorite place. So much so that she came home 27 times during her first four years in Boston because she missed it so much.
